Jennifer Devlin-Herbert, FAIA

Jennifer Devlin-Herbert, FAIA, joined EHDD in 1994, became the firm’s first woman partner, and is now its first woman CEO. Under her leadership, the firm embraces design-led collaboration at every level. Rallying people around common goals, she elicits deep engagement from clients, building users and communities and project team members.  She previously served as president of AIA San Francisco, where she championed programs around sustainability and the 2030 Challenge, and co-chair of the 2009 AIASF Legacy Project.
